A proper sunrise outing this morning.
What makes a proper sunrise outing?
1) The body and spirit feel good and are enjoying the fresh air
2) Putting in a decent effort, this usually means walking further than usual
3) Feeling good about what I captured in camera
All of those combined mean I probably spent a longer time at sunrise, meaning more time outside.
P.S. One of two things happened. I either forgot to brush my teeth (err face?) after eating ice cream last night, or I was sleep walking and treated myself to some chocolate ice cream in middle of the night before ever looking in a mirror.

I wouldn't overthink the commentary too much, it's just nice to hear ya talk in between the moments of stillness.
These sunrises are my only way of virtually experiencing my favorite part of going to NMU: appreciating Marquette's natural beauty with friends. Anything more formal or structured might miss the point.
